Maybe just relax your hand and take a break from gaming lol I guess this relates to crysis because it felt stiff after playing it?

No... Dont use whole hand use wrist... Ur wrist feels stiff because ur wrist isnt trained for such movement. Its like when u run, first few times when u overdo urself u get fatique, after that its just practicing and less fatique each time :)

less fapping. xD

I had teh same problem (with another game). And solved it through placing a cushion under my wrist because my pain was caused through the difference in height between the desk (where my wrist lays) and the keyboard/mouse.

a good quality gaming mouse built for comfort will solve this such as the Mionix Naos 3200. I went from a standand microsoft wireless laser mouse to a wired laser Mionix Naos 3200 and it took a couple weeks to get used to but no more hand pain and love the mouse, very comfortable, it makes a hugh difference.
