Fancy the Idea of bringing this old classic (Morrowind) back in stores. Renewed with a huge makeover of genuine graphics, Beutifull scenery and epic fighting on the latests of consoles? I do. This all time classic RPG updated would be quite awesome. The gameplay files and etc is with Bethesda and it wouldn't be to much hastle changing it and bringing speaking Diologue to the characters for us all time fans. Intregued? do what you do on all forums! Post in your ideas and hopefully Bethesda see this! :tes:

I don't see a need for a reboot at this point, I'd much rather Bethesda spend their time on new projects. :shrug:

It won't happen. However, you can pick up the PC version and mod it to glory.

Aye, I see your points but... There is the point on It wouldn't be alot. Its June, Plenty of time to modify Morrowind. I don't think its matter on time, Just lazyness (Nothing against Bethesda) for I am sure many fans would love it like myself. Hell, it would even bring proffit for around a few days/weeks to re-run their Graphic system on Skyrim to change it. Bring in the Diologue from Oblivion. Skyrim as amazing as it sounds I know could use or pull on Morrowind to boast on what the graphics will be like?

i dont think there's any chance of an updated morrowind because beth knows they can make much more money off new titles instead of huge updates of old games especially when the PC version has mods that get near oblivion graphics. but yes if they could find the time an updated consle morrowind would be cool but i'd settle for (but not perfer) a normal downloadable version on psn and xbox live.

There is a thread about this almost every week, and we always come to the same conclusion... It's not going to happen.

Bethesda is not going to waste time on reformatting an old game like this, and most certainly are not going to spend the massive amount of needed resources/time to redo all the graphics and code.
They still make money from Steam and Impulse sales (for the PC) and the PC modding community has made vast improvements already... so they aren't worried about the game becoming forgotten or not having an audience.

They should re-release it (as in, have it available for download), but not remake it. Mods already do that.
