First of all, what′s the creation engine? Is it the one they′re using for Skyrim?

Yes, it is. And no, I wouldn't rebuy it.

Yes, it is.

Ok thanks. Well I haven′t seen what it can do, but probably not. There are many things that could have been done better but I don′t think a new engine for the same game would make me buy it again. Already did it twice

Unless Bethesda already has tools put into the Creation Engine that makes porting Oblivion to it easy, I don't see it being cost effective enough for Bethesda to do so.
Plus I don't see myself re-buying Oblivion. Unless they include ALL official DLCs and maybe the extra content they didn't have time to put in before initial release.
