If you need scrap metal for the quest at Nellis, don't bother, it's not worth much fame with the Boomers, just do the rest of the quests.

1 scrap metal can be found in the Goodsprings general store
Any dead robot drops scrap metal. Helios One has at least 7 robots in it.

I have no other quests to do though! I tried the medical one, failed miserably and it lowered my rank. Then I did the love one, and the ants one, those both got me to the rank of "Smiling Troublemaker" I also listened to the kid. What else is there to do?
