You mean the FY71 or the Feline

Its a range difference. Given accuracy being accurate and equal, the Scar will beat the Feline at mid-long range. The Feline will annihilate the Scar at close range. Which due to the cloak, is where the majority of battles take place.

Mind you, with accurate shooting the new FY71 will own a Scar everytime, and come close to a Feline at close range.
