You may want to amend that, but it seems that is most likely a well done fake, I doubt they are using all the same art assets (models, music, textures).

And if this is real, well I don't think their marketing team has been working overtime.

I'm pretty sure if it were real it would've been uploaded by the Bethesda account, and not "Ttsolre." Plus it's obviously using the same engine as 3 and New Vegas, which Fallout 4 will not.

That looks pretty fake to me, for one thing it's clearly done with FO3 assets in the FO3 engine, and Bethesda has said that FONV is the last title to use the Oblivion/FO3 engine.
