It wasn't an awful game. But it was an awful Fallout game.

While also managing to be a simply bad video game.

Fallout BOS=Fallout POS. 1/10. I would rate it lower if I could. I would rate it so low, it would have to look up to see down. Its lowness would be infinite.

It's not as bad as all of us on here make it out to be, its just it royoly butchered Fallout cannon. If it was just another game it wouldn't be that bad, nothing to get excited about but not burn the disk so you can make sure its dead bad like we all make it out to be.

First of all, refer to it only as THE BURNED GAME. On these forums, avoid saying the name of it as much as actors avoid saying the name of Shakespeare's Scottish Play and Harry Potter wizards avoid speaking the name of He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named.

Secondly, all those reviews were done from a GAMEPLAY perspective, and they aren't even really good reviews even in that sense, where as for real Fallout games the scores, based of gameplay only, are generally higher. Add into that the COMPLETE disregard for Canon, the addition of [censored] heavy metal theme music, and women with [censored] larger than the rest of their bodies, and it's obvious that this is NOT a Fallout game. The game, in general, makes no sense in the Fallout universe.

I honestly thought it was a joke the first time I saw the trailer. After I realized it was the real deal I was almost offended that someone did that to my beloved Fallout! :swear:

It seemed to me they took a game that was appealing to the slightly above average intellect and dropped it into the toilet. :stare:

Seriously though ... if the game is anything like the trailer it's probably garbage.

If you found some way to buy it...don't. Do not give anyone or anything money for that wretched piece of detritus. If it is being offered for free, only take it if you have spare accelerant to burn it with. The very thought that it's still floating around out there turns my stomach. If it's available as a loaner, you know who needs slapped upside the head until they set it on fire.

I don't give a crap what polls in game magazines say. The fans spoke and the game is not canon, killed Fallout and not even Bethesda will touch that piece of [censored].

Lmao, I would give it anywhere from 1-3, it just basically threw canon out the window, set it on fire, then nuked it 3 times, and then somebody threw-up on it. The game itself really wasn't that svcky but the canon thing ruined it.

All this talk about FO: BOS actually makes me want to play it.

I want to soak, to luxuriate in its badness. It will be soap, and I, a new sponge.

I played it in co-op with my pal and.... it was horrible. It's really unfathomable how mindnumbingly boring and badly executed the game was - with the gameplay being so bad that co-op was practically required, I don't know how anyone could've managed to get through it alone. 10/10
