Man, are you trying to write the shortest posts ever or something? What mod? Which NPCs? What's your LO?

Frankly, the solution is simple. You have missing resources from a certain mod. Which mod, you ask? Get Refscope or FormID Finder. Read the readme to figure out how to use it. THen figure out what mod adds the missing upper body resources. THat is the mod you did not install properly.
