I've been fast traveling to different towns (Paradise Falls, Megaton, etc.) to find a caravan merchant to repair my armor (T-51b), at Canterbury Commons I found Doc Hoff. He had a repair skill of 65 and I thought that there are other merchants that have better, I paid him to repair the armor and fast traveled to Rivet City in search of merchants that could further improve the condition of my armor, there I found Doc Hoff, so I went to Paradise Falls, again I found Doc Hoff, then Doc Hoff followed me to Megaton. This has happened before with Crazy Wolfgang, but that fixed itself after I fast traveled two times. Does anyone have any advice on how to solve this problem?
