I've got this really strange light problem where lights on walls will become really bright as I move around a room or inside cities as seen in this video here:

Any have any ideas what could be causing it?


I installed all these very messily so I wouldn't be surprised at all if I had to start over from scratch to fix this annoying problem. But hopefully someone has seen this before and knows how to fix it.

P.S. The video isn't mine, it's just the only other link I've found of someone else who had this problem and they didn't have a solution either according to the vid.

Edit:
Annnnnd I fixed it. I had ambient occlusion set in my nvidia control panel for the game. Apparently it didn't like that at all. Horray no reinstall.
