If this screen is from a level 20, then this must be a second login. Those loadouts are from a higher ranking character (X43 MIKE is a level 39, I believe).
You have highlighted yet another glaring Crysis2 database management error here.... MP loadouts, etc are apparently stored
with your SP profile, along with other assessment and unlock data. And while it can mean access to loadouts you cant really make at level 20, the flipside of this glaring freaking bug is that your unlocks and assessments are floating around bugspace mixed between at least two profiles.....
You can try this at home, boys and girls, or take my word for it:1 BACKUP your saved game data
2 Goto single player and create a new profile
3 Goto multiplayer YOUR LOADOUTS AND ASSESMENTS ARE GONE. Dont play the freaking game now or you'll regret it.
4 Go back to Single player, reselect your old SP profile (usually "DEFAULT"), goto MP, your stuff is back.
Conversely:1 BACKUP your saved game data
2 From the multiplayer CDKEY sign in menu, create a new nano-dude (a new gamesas.com account, or "profile")
3 Play that guy to level 5 when you can unlock custom classes. Shazzam!
level 5's got X43 MIKE with stealth enhance III! You'll be tempted to play this guy, but its cheating and all of your unlocks will be screwed in not-easily-predictable ways.
4 Switch profile back to your first MP guy. It, too, will be not quite right but mostly ok....
Now, if you're an MP player who also runs several different SP campaigns (SP profiles) and you go back and forth, you have already experienced this in one gltchy form or another. I sure hope to god the crytek boys actually knew about this "feature" before they did their database cleanup weekend. If not, they really should hire at least one PC playtester.... sorry.
All apologies for long post, had to get this off my chest.
