Ok, Essentially, the issue I am Having is that, No Matter what Resolution i set the game to, I cannot See the top or Right and left most portions of the game. Right and left is not so much an issue, but I cant see my stats AT ALL in my pipboy because of this.
Ive tried Every solution Ive been able to find on the internet, even going as far as to modify the FOV in the Fallout.ini file.
