I have been in the Knights of the order and I just advanced to a squire and I was told I got a piece of armor....so?...where is it? I dont have it in my inventory?

There's a blacksmith somewhere in the building that houses the Order. Wander around till you find him and talk to him, he'll hand you your armour.
