Help needed!

Hi

I just bought the GOTY edition on Steam and start using it from there.
I am installing mods now and was wondering how i should lauch the game, via fomm start, or via fose loader in the F3 folder ?

And another thing
When i just tryed launching it via FOSE loader the steam didnt reconized that i launched the game,
does this mean it wil not track my archivements on steam when running with FOSE ?

Cheers

hello im using the steam version myself or atleast the new vegas version

with new vegas you just have to put the fose files in your root fallout 3 folder and youl might wanna download fose (FalloutModManager)

try this and it should work fine --- FOMM also has an archive invalidation option wich youl need to let some mods work properly

it should work the same as with new vegas sort of

cheers and happy playing

Unfortunately, your post makes no sense. Luckily, I'm here!

To get it to run through Steam? Yes, it is.

Fallout 3 uses GFWL achievements, not Steam ones. And no, FOSE isn't compatible with GFWL. I'd recommend removing the achievements from the game, personally - they've been seid to cause crashes, so it's better to be safe than sorry.

Also, learn to spell/punctuate, man!
