Finally got Oblivion for PC!

I finally got Oblivion for the PC. I've been playing on 360 since release, and it's been awesome. But Vanilla is finally getting boring, and I need to spice my game up.

The only problem is, my PC is terrible. I got it running, and it runs a good 40 fps. But I had to make it look pretty bland, and turn the textures down. This doesn't bother me at all, but I can't install any huge mods that affect performance. Things like OOO would really just slow my game down.

So my question is, what are some good mods for slow PCs? I would really like to try an overhaul mod, but I can't seem to find one that doesn't drastically slow down my frame-rate.

What I'd recommend for a slow computer.

T.I.E. (Tamriel Immersion Experience) : This mod completely changes the way Oblivion is played to make combat much harder, thieving much more rewarding and the world non-leveled. Pretty much the best Oblivion leveled overhaul under 10MB.

As for others I'd try Sneaking Detection Recalibrated, Realistic Leveling, Realistic Fatigue, Realistic Health, Basic Primary Needs, Duke Patricks Melee Combat, Duke Patricks Combat Archery, Duke Patricks Hypothermia II, Duke Patricks Combat Magic II and Kuertee's Battle Fatigue and Injuries those are enough mods that you should have a generally high sense of immersion and none of them are particularly draining. You will need Oblivion Script Extender 20 and Oblivion Graphic Extender is also recommended but not required for realistic health and realistic fatigue.
