R1-Punch
Hold R1- Lunging attack (causes enemy to stagger and can break through blocks)
L1-Block
Press R1, while holding down L1- Grab
R1 while grappling- Strong hit (knocks back and does heavier damage then a lunging attack) Becomes Take Down with high Hand to Hand. (causes enemy to take considerable damage and fall to the ground)
L1 while grappling-simply push the enemy, does no damage but stuns them, and increases damage taken for a few seconds (at higher levels it does do damage and stuns them for longer)
L1 and R1 while in grapple- with high hand to hand you can try to attempt a disarm, a successful disarm leaves the enemy helpless.
Just a thought on how Hand to Hand could be easily made more enjoyable without over-complicating things.
of course it would help if melee was slightly slower, made a more enjoyable sound when making contact with skin, and cause the enemy to flinch a bit when being hit. also more hit animations instead of just jabs would be great.
