Do you think that the creation kit will be A LOT like Oblivions? Your thoughts?

Yes and no.

I believe it will be different because of the new engine but the UI will be similar.

It will be similiarish so it's easy for their people to use, however I bet the more detailed stuff will change a bunch as did the engine it's built on.

The only thing we really know about it is that they want to make it as easy or easier to use the oblivions, which, as a light modder, I'm excited for

I was thinking that much of the toolset could be reworked....haven't modded since NW2, need to play catch-up. lol

I hope it is improved to go with the new engine, and further I hope the ArchiveInvalidation issues have been addressed.

Pouring over TESA to catch-up....thankfully, its coming back.....Now just watch, I'll go pick up Oblivion(PC) just becuase I'm dying for Skyrim to come out. lol

I wish the new creation set will make the way of making Full Hand made armors and weapons easier . In Oblivion, I need the third-part software to do so.
I like create stuffs ,too. So please let me soar my imagination by the new Creation Set.
