Hi all.
A lot of people like me have a problem with adding a new credit card.
When we go into the settings of your profile and choose a credit card-they saw an error like that: "Error Could not find your credit cards".
I'm read the whole forum, tried to use url other links to circumvent this problem, but always produces the same result.
Someone knows this problem? Can someone help? I would be very grateful. We'll all be grateful ...

Hi all, Im having issues trying to buy the DLC from inside the game ,the thing is , i dont have any problems loging in to the game , or login to my gamesas.com .So the thing is , i wanna buy the dlc and im getting this messege ( You do not have a payment options attached to your account ).

And im being re-directed to the web where im being asked to sign in at the upper right corner, and im doing just that .While im in my account i go in edit profile to see my payment options and they are there !? i got a card that i did put in there , so the thing is , that the game shop wont recognice/find my payment options even if i have one ?!

So i that means that i cant buy/play the new maps , couse i cant buy them anywere ells ?

Anywone have any ideas or can help in any ways ?

Same problem here, add credit card after 15 logins and when logging in on crysis 2 still gives me the add payment pop up. deleted the CC and re-added it. but still no payment options ingame. quited the game joined multiplayer again and went to store still no payment option add new one message.

Also have major problems with loggin in on this website. most of the time pressing the sign in button gives me the message sign in by pressing the button on the top, im like " What the ^&% i just pressed that button" then i need to remove all cookies and restart browser before anthing of the login works again. loggin in on the main page and then press forum will instantly log me off and not being able to log back in.

This is the second game crytek is starting to f73ck up if they keep shltting on their customers and dont give a damn

They really need to fix this!

making a new account on gamesas and put the credit card in there works when loggin in with the new account in game. it seems that the account i am using is not synced with the gamesas account.

Which reminds me that i never made an account for crysis 2, i started using my sygys account back in the time i playes crysis 1 online. and just logged in with that account in crysis 2 with adding the cdkey. but i think the DLC store doesnt get linked when you use an old account...

this should be fixed.... or else i must use a new account loosing all progress i allready have... or is the DLC playable for all the profiles?

Why moderators or admins or somebody else can not help us and fix this **** problem with login?
I'm dont understand this.

P.S. I think that DLC created for one profile only.
P.S.S. But i'm sucessfully add a credit card in 2 profile and cant buy DLC because game an error. I don't know why it happens.

...Simply u live in U.S. and u have not probably to call them... i think...
