Just a short hypothetical question.,

If some guy needs to get the whole clip of bullets to go down

(was using lazer sight with feline, my ping was about 30 higher than his and I literally saw the most of bullets I fired made impact on his upper body and neck and hip fire aiming was fluidly moving as the target moves..)

Is it just bug or am I missing something?
