Create an in-game account or create a gamesas account?

Hi there, as I understand there are several issues regarding Crysis 2/gamesas accounts, and I want to ask this question BEFORE something goes wrong. I believe this account I'm posting from was created at the old gamesas website, and therefore I don't think it's tied to any game. Anyways, I'm about to create an account for Crysis 2. After much research, the safest bet seems to be to create the account in-game and not by using this website. That way I think I will get a GameSpy ID tied to the Crysis 2 account, the same way it worked in Crysis 1/Wars. This website seems to use a different account which has to be linked to the Crysis 2/GameSpy account in some way, so my question is if I will automatically get a gamesas account after creating an account in-game? Or will I have to make a new gamesas account with the same email adress/username as I use in-game, and hope that they sync up properly?
After reading about all the issues with account linking and creation I do not dare to use this account in game, and I'm anyway thinking about changing my username (which I can't do using this website, invalid password error- I guess it's one of all the bugs), therefore I will create a new account and get my new username that way. I guess I will have to use another email adress for my new Crysis 2/GameSpy/gamesas account to rule out the possibility of things screwing up. I would prefer to use the same email as I use for this gamesas account, but since deleting this account will lock that email adress from ever being used I won't do that, I would if I could change my gamesas email adress first and then delete it, but unfortunately you can't seem to change your email at this site.
BTW, I will be getting the limited edition of Crysis 2 and as I understand it, you'll have to link your LE code to a gamesas account, which only makes me more uncertain about this whole account creation process (I don't want to lose my code by linking it to an account that won't work in-game etc.).
This post did get a lot longer than intended, but I haven't found any clear answers by searching the forums. Could anyone please tell me which way is the right way to create an account and play Crysis 2 multiplayer? How did you go about this problem? Sorry if my question has been answered already.
