Keep Crashing North of Leyawiin...

For some reason I keep crashing on my way to Fisherman's Rock to do Mazoga's quest. I'm trying to test my
Clothing mod on this questline, but its a pain since I keep crashing as I travel in this area. Has anyone had this problem before?

Other notes: I have been able to GET to Fisherman's Rock by saving a few times before I get there. Or taking different routes...but for the most part I'll always crash on my way there.
One time I crashed during the fight itself. One time while leaving the fight scene. This is really problematic...because I'm hoping my mod isn't causing it lol.

Well my setup doesn't have WAC load at all. I just have the ESM to use resources from it so I figured it wouldn't matter. But no I haven't. How do you do it?

You sure it's not just a bad spawn? Have you tried going to the testing hall for 73 hours to wait for the cell reset (assuming you're using default spawn reset times)
