So, I tried installing Oblivion on my laptop and realized how slow my mouse really was. It wasn't the speed, but the reaction time.

When I move the left, the game moves half a second later.

Even worse is it in the menu and inventory. It's even slower there.

It's horribly annoying and really ruins everything since aiming is difficult and it's tiresome having to counter the movement. :brokencomputer:


So the question is; how can I fix this?


The mouse I'm using is a Logitech M305. It worked perfectly on the last computer, and it performs normally in Windows outside the game.

I don't know if posting any specs would help anyone, so I won't do that now...
