While Yerli (Cryteks CEO) is in the giving mood with the DX11 patch for free, can the consoles get a gift too? How about another gun?

They have been late on a lot of console fixes too. Something free will go a long way with Crysis 2 console fans.

If its the patch was late, then it will be a lot later because of it having to go through microsoft first before implemented.

I would hardly call something that was promised to be in the game from the beginning and that people paid for a gift. From Day 1 crytek was talking mad garbage about how "this game is not going to be watered down on pc's and it will push the limits with dx11" and what the shipped was a steaming pile of poo. With this patch the game will finally almost be what was promised - and its that promise they made which convinced lots of PC gamers to pre order the game.

I honestly would have been OK waiting till august of this year to get my copy if it meant that the game was going to ship in a finished state. All of us paid $60 to beta test a game for EA.

If they gave away Free DLC my Respect for them would increase from none to low.
