Fallout 3 is the better game, both vanilla and modded. It is better vanilla because the landscape is made for exploration and interesting encounters. The interiors have their own stories. The dlc is not garbage like Dead Money and Honest Hearts. It is better modded for FWE, MMM, and Amy Wong and for quest mods like Cube World and An Evening With Mr. Manchester.

Fallout: New Vegas is broken junk that crashes within 20 seconds. Obsidian apologized and later ate their own bs and backtracked by claiming it was the fault of Windows. But the fans think Obsidian can do no wrong because a few of their staff contributed to Fallout 2.

Learn to English? Now, that isn't proper use of the English language is it mate?

Tough question really. Depends on what you are looking for when you play one. If you are in the mood for a good story and lots of walking around without much to do other than mod your guns, then NV is definitely the game for you. (Not bashing the game, this is true. Once you kill something, that area is pretty much empty. I'm doing a no fast travel playthrough at the moment and walked from Crimson caravan to Mojave outpost. I got to kill one ant on the journey.)

If however you don't mind a bit of a cheesy story but want to explore and get into lots of gunfights with random encounters, it's gotta be FO3.

So the technical aspect of NV svcks.

Does that mean you think everything else is superior to F3 then? :P

Fallout 3 for its landscapes and many encounters outside of the main quest, Fallout New Vegas for its reputation system and weapon mods... Hmmm... I still think Fallout 3 is more my kind of game because I love perks, a lot. But New Vegas allows you to unlock perks while fighting and doing other kinds of stuff, like shooting, drinking, stoning yourself... I can't make my mind. But one thing I'm certain of: to me, FNV has a better story and F3 is more for people who love to explore.

Fallout 3 no doubt. It is simpler and the map is far better. Fallout 3 has a greater sense of adventure than FNV. There are more humorous and random moments in Fallout 3 and the quests are a lot better. I hate how in FNV's quests are mostly go talk to this person across town, then go check out what this person has to say, then come back to me. Then I want you to go and talk to whoever on the other side of town, then meet back with the people I had you talk to before and make then friends. Quest completed. Fallout 3 makes you go out and explore and allows you to free roam more than FNV. The map of FNV is much smaller and I often find myself lost in a sea of map markers. I like how In Fallout 3 locations like Paradise falls or the Dunwhich Building catch your eye on the horizon and make you want to explore them. In FNV you can't see much and a lot of the locations are caves or camp grounds of some sort. I do like some aspects of FNV like ammo benches and mods. However, I think they went overboard on the ammo types. Just normal rounds and like HPs, APs, and some other kinda like super loads or whatever are good enough. I also hate how you get a perk every other level on FNV.

I prefer Fallout 3. But New Vegas isn't behind by much.

Both. Fallout New Vegas for its lore, factions, weapons and setting. Fallout 3 for its exploration, random encounters and being my first fallout game.

Fallout 3 is superior in almost every way possible to NV.

NV has better guns, perks, and crafting. That's it.
