do you think Morrowind should've allowed you to atempt to take over vvardenfel as the neravarine i think it would've been pretty cool

A one-man conquerer? I wouldn't be into that. But if you could do it as a faction head then that would be cool. Say, a choice between the Empire, the Ashlanders and a Great House + Temple (or just the Temple). You get to see warriors from your faction occupying new towns, sometimes towns would be destroyed by the fighting and be all ruined when you visit them, etc.
