Im not sure if this is the right forum for this question but I cant restore my health. I tried going to a chapel, I tried dropping all my equipment, I tried waiting and resting but I still cant regain health.

Have you tried using a restore health spell? Potion?

1) Are you on PC?

2) You can regenerate health but never to the full extend, i.e your health is stuck at 190/200

If all of the above is true, use UOP's 'fix broken stats'

Also on PC, there is a mod called "stat restore".

Not on PC. I don't think there is a way other than using a restore attribute (health) potion or spell. Make sure you do not have a damage or drain health effect from a disease (which you did by praying at the chapel.) or from some cursed equipment (which you did by dropping everything)
