Ok, Alduin is the nordic word for Akatosh.

We are probably going to end up defeating Alduin in the end of Skyrim.

Martin turns into Akatosh at the end of oblivion.

Akatosh = Alduin

Martin = Alduin

We are going to kill Martin.

Im going to go play oblivion and just kill him to save me some time in skyrim.

Two problems.

1. Martin is not Akatosh
2. We are not killing Alduin

Martin sacrificed himself to summon the avatar of Akatosh, hence why he disappears and then the avatar of Akatosh flies down from the heavens.

Your logic is also pretty flawed, seeing as even if Martin DID become Akatosh, killing him in Oblivion would not kill Akatosh.

Not to mention Martin isn't either of them. He was sacrificed to give Akatosh the ability to use an Avatar to destroy Mehrunes Dagon. Just like the Great Sigil stone and the blood of Tiber septim was sacrificed to open the portal to Paradise.

Might not be able to kill him, but we could destroy Alduins Avatar. That's been done to many Aedroth and Daedroth before.

Time is a perception.

Perception can alter time.

Remove the ability to perceive time and remove time its self.

Lol, I remember that. Somebody told me that'd kill somebody in one hit... It just made him invincible and pissed off. :P
