"What the PC community still wants" thread

This is basically a thread that gathers what we want Crytek to implement into Crysis 2 (PC) in a future update. The thread is categorized for simpler navigation. All you have to so really is post something you think should be changed, and if others agree with your post than I will put it in the OP.

GLITCHES/EXPLOITS:

A annoying glitch where even though you are in a "Classic" Game (Game with no Nanosuit), the character models are still wearing Nanosuits.

Orbital Strike lag is a huge glitch in need of repair (DHMH)

When you go to customize one of your classes loadouts, the menu music repeats, and overlaps with the first music which causes a retarded ear raqe. (DHMH)


PERFORMANCE/VISUALS:

Detail Draw Distance is quite low. Sometimes for example when you are simply walking, you can see decals load on the floors or walls...

Addition of Volumetric Particle Effects is necessary. Now not ALL particles are non volumetric, but a good handful of them are. Smoke, flames, and more are simply two sided and you can tell.....

MORE advanced graphics options. Now this is hinted in the new patch, but until we know how advanced the visual options will get, I have to put this. PC Gamers like controlling most if not all of the visual options individually for better control.

TOD is also wanted by the community (in fact there is a thread about it...). I do not know how this could be implemented, but if it could that would be great!

MISCELLANEOUS:
A bigger player limit in multiplayer would be fantastic. 8v8 is a little ehh weak....(CrazyFist)


Addition of custom saves would be great. Come on, checkpoints?

SDK/Basic Mod Tools also. This is a huge thing that is required CryTek if you want Crysis 2 to be taken fully as a serious PC Game.....(Whole **** of people)

Please keep this flame proof, and if you have any concerns for Crytek post in this thread!

What I crave mostly is something that won't happen by the hand of Crytek.

I am of course talking about bigger FREE maps, more players in a game, and POWER STRUGGLE!!

Power Struggle is the best gamemode EVER.

Fixing Bugs (*cough* Orbital Strike *cough* Weapon Loadout Music Repeating.
Giving us mod tools (Sandbox3)
additionally to the mod tools: Public Dedicated Server files!
FREE dlcs (not a must have)

I will add the more players thing, because a lot of people including myself would like that, but the others are either debateable, or simpily something not worth posting (like the free maps. I mean EVERYONE of course wants this XD)

Power Struggle!

Otherwise, fix the annoying spawn bug in Assault gamemode which completely breaks that mode.

Prone... What an awful idea to slow down gameplay

Fists are a waste, remove bash meele if you want to add that.

Radial menu was the worst feature of C1

Powerstruggle... Good idea more game modes are the best you might as well elaborate and design maps that promote interesting shapes rather then box designs with stuff in them. An example would be the good tf2 maps, have some objective based attack/defend maps. Along with the decimation DLC maps and

Teams.... If make better maps more players can play in them! :D

Just because consoles can't handle more then 16 ppl without exploding doesn't mean we can't eighter :)
