It says so on Skyrim on wikipedia, that we can summon dragons. When was this info released? Or am I stuck in the past? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skyrim

There was a mention of that being a shout.... and in an interview when asked about there being 'friendly' dragons, Todd Howard said, "I dont want to ruin it for anybody"

some shouts wont work 'indoors' like storm call and summon dragon

this was announced way, way back in one of the interviews back in January I believe

there is a certain shout that will summon a dragon who will help you during combat.

If the Fire dragon who uses the fire shout is red and the frost dragon is white, I seriously wonder what the hell the dragon who uses the "Summon Dragon" shout will look like.

Conjuration is the first thing to hit 100 with me and we've always been able to summon a creature like the ones we're fighting so I'm happy about this. It's interesting to think about trying to summon one in a small space like a cave. If I summon one against a wolf, will it pick it up like a chew toy, shake it and throw it? Will it ignore a bunny? Will it fly or run? Will it roar like a Dremora Lord when it fades? Is it a limited type of summon? Can't wait to explore all of this.

I think it would be cool if he is not some random dragon, but rather the same dragon every time you summon him...and that they give a story reason for him helping you. Maybe you enslave him, or maybe he is one of those good dragons?

I hope it doesn't literally summon a dragon out of thin air, If there is a shout I want it to actually call a Dragon to help you so that it swooshes out from behind a mountain and dogfights with another Dragon, not just spawn in front of you.

Actually, when this was confirmed back in February, it was specifically said that the dragon shout to summon a dragon is the actual name of the dragon in draconic. The logic is that since you summon him by name, he is forced to help you.
