Very frequently while playing online i will hear random voices of guys grunting. not people playing but it sounds like the sound your player makes when taking damage but no one around and it keeps repeating. anyone else have this problem?

i hear this all the time when I am towards the edge of the maps. Stinks for trying to listen for people and its not a real player getting killed or stuff like that.
