I want to have the quickest possible playthrough. By that i mean i want to beat the game (all the MQ, not including Broken Steel.) Suggestions would be greatly appreciated, like what SPECIAL i should have, tag skills, perks, and other things of the sort. Also it would be nice if you guys told me what to do/where to go. Where do i go first? What weapons should i use? Thanks in advance :fallout:
