Did you ever load mods onto a TES game?

Hey everyone, this is my first post here so I thought I'd start off making a topic/poll about how many people experimented from the thousands of mods that we're created. Feel free to tell us your favorite mod(s) also.

Welcome, have a http://images.uesp.net//c/c4/Fishystick.jpg
and yes, mods greatly impoved the game, and making them is fun.
One of my favorites is Deadly Reflex, I love the combat more.
Also, animation replacers are some of my favorites.

Yep I have Morrowind on a crappy lap top and have modded it lots! Runs ok most of the time but it is a bit laggy in certain cells. That is my laptops GPU though not the mods themselves.

Hello, and welcome to the forums.

I always used mods in The Elder Scrolls series. And I will never stop. Mods are a WONDERFUL addition to the game. It extends my gameplay a whole bunch.

Normally I give play through number 1 vanilla then mods after that. Generally graphics. Like FO NV I played through then I added weather/graphics mods. Morrowind.. I added custom homes etc.

*Have not finished Oblivion yet*

Oh yeah, one of my favorite things to do in Morrowind CS is custom homes. I leave the really technical stuff to the experienced modders!

For me, mods are THE reason I love the elderscrolls games so much. They extend the life of the game indefinitely, I mean quality mods are still being made for morrowind. Plus mods can change the way the game is played, or add some miniscule detail that helps suspend disbelief.

I generally play a few hours without mods, but after that, I load them up, and many time make my own just for fun. Sometimes modding the game can be more fun then playing it, as crazy as that sounds. :homestar:

I'm in the option 'no, I play mainly on console but when I play PC I like to dabble with mods'.

I don't really bother with them, I prefer playing the game the way the devs intended.
