I am new to PC gaming and recently downloaded Morrowind off from Steam. I have downloaded the Morrowing Graphics Extender from TES Nexus and have managed to using Uniextract retrieve the files from it. However it says I have to place them into my Morrowind Game Directory.

I am new to PC gaming like I said so this will probably seem like a silly question to you, but where do I find the directory to place the files. Any help would be appreciated.

I do not have the steam version, but I'd expect it to be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bethesda

It is entirely possible for you to make a second morrowind install as well by copying the Morrowind folder and pasting it elsewhere.

Program files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\common\morrowind

oops, too late. actually, there's no bethesda subfolder.
