Blades do bleeding damage, i swear i read/heard that in an interview somewhere
most melee weapons are pretty self explanitory for some of their perks.

Magic and other skills on the other hand...

Less chance of turning yourself into a pumpkin when using conjuration spells =P

Axes may cause bleeding, swords have greater chances at critical hit, and blunt (maces) ignores armor. :hubbahubba:

I would love to see some mage perks that allow you to tweak your spells. I will likely mod some of these in if they don't exist in game.

You developed the ability to increase the power of your spells by sacrificing your own life energy..... + spell damage, -hps

or things like this...

perk 2: shouts deafen people

LOL
And it would break quests.
So...
perk 3: Your speechcraft skill transforms into sign language skill which can be taught to deaf people.

I would love if argonians had a natural perk of not just waterbreathing but during a short burst of sprinting were able to run across water (just during the burst of sprinting) like what a jesus lizard can. Would be so awesome in my opinion but then you all might disagree ^_^.

EDIT: Obviously just realizing myself that items would effect this if it were to be realistic at all due to stick some heavy armour on a jesus lizard I'd be pretty certain it couldn't run across water.

As long as speechcraft perks effectively bring back streetwise and etiquette as separate abilities, I will be happy. May as well fire haggling, child at heart and animal friend in their as well, in one form or another.
