After updating to patch 1.9 i click on crysis 2 to load, it loads up but the screen is black i can see the mouse cursor and then i hear the sound of the ea logo starting but i cant see anything on the screen except the mouse its just a black screen.

I think my specs should be able to handle it i have a amd phenom II x6 8 gigs of ram and a hd 6870

please someone reply if ur having similar problems or if you know a fix to this, is it the patch or is it just me?

I have the exactly the same problem, anyone know of a solution please help.
