Is there a way to get the Schematic early in the game, i.e. before leaving the vault. You need a lockpick skill of 50 but even dumping 10 points in perception, wearing the baseball cap and taking Mentats, you can't quite get your skill to 50, am I missing something, oh and I play on the 360, so no console commands?

I almost forgot, also having lockpicking as one of your Tag skills.

Only if your playing on pc then you can use the console.
