I was exiled but I killed the Wraith so I was let back into the Dark Brotherhood. I returned just after the Whodunnit? quest and the vampire and both Argonions accepted me back. But that blasted Orc keeps attacking me! He even hit Ocheeva and she acted like nothing happened! How do I stop this?

OH GOD! Now I have a permanent enemy music, so I can't fast travel, all the guards I come near immediately run to stand beside the Dark Brotherhood well and don't move!

Please help!
