hi im downloadign righ now Qarl's Texture Pack III and im wondering if its compatible with popular mods like UL and FCOM and popular quest mods like lost spires gates to aaesgard cybyades etc, also what other texture mods can use to bring oblivion to 2010 ???

Well yes it is perfectly compatible.By the way,I think you should use QTP3 redimized since you are going to use UL and FCOM.Also,if you own the expansion Shivering Isles,search for Bomret Shivering Isles Texture pack,a high resolution texture pack for SI visually compatible with QTP3
