The only Skyrim-Theme version I 've found so far is the long, acustic version (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=plKhvbljmwY&feature=related) which is played during the first teaser trailer.

I'm so terribly waiting for the "real" theme, which is based on the Morrowind Theme and you can hear in the big gameplay trailer and in the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoSV1CERCr0 Video (at 2:40 - 3:10).
I'm pretty sure that'll be the title screen theme.
