I love the new upgrade, the game looks beautiful now, but there are some bugs that are really hurting the gameplay experience for me. The worst one is where lines flicker all over my screen. There is also intense stuttering during game movies. Has anyone else experienced this?

GTX 480 1.5 GB VRAM
4 GB RAM
Intel Core 2 Quad

I have not. although i do get random FPS drops do to optimization issues.

Are your temps on your GPU okay?
what GPU do you use and what is the "MEMORY" oc on it (if any at all?)

i would try reinstalling the game and see what happens. Going from DX9 with terrible visuals to DX11 and amazing visual (some still debatable) there are bound to be issues.

other bugs iv seen glass shatter, black dot lines, darkening map, music slowdown/stutter/speed up

That looks like a texture error to me, maybe try re-installing?

I get black dots over the screen sometimes on Wallstreet and also every time pier 17 starts my screen is filled with red and orange balls of fire like explosions lol what the ****,? it also happened on some other maps too. xD

I tried reinstalling and the bug is still there. This really svcks, I can't play the game if it keeps doing this. They need to release a patch for this patch.

Well it's not my hardware because my hardware meets all of the specifications, re-installing didn't help and I removed my config file and that didn't fix it, so It has to just be the patch itself.
