Texture bug? Nearest-neighbor filtering or what?

Strange bug causing textures to become pixelly at far distances. I've forced X16 AF in the Nvidia Control, and tried High Res Textures on and off, and both Direct X's. It seems to only happen on multiplayer maps. Played through a chapter in Single Player and the textures are fine at far distances. Anyone know a fix?
