Hi, can someone recommend me a mod that reduces your character's and enemie's health so fights are quicker? And are there any mods that improve the shotguns? Thanks

Best option for quicker fights is not to give enemies less health, but to up the damage globally.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3637

Basically download this, use FO3Edit to change the multipliers to be even, and make the XP gain what you want it to be. It's just 3 GMST settings.

GMST (fDiffMultHPByPCVH) - this is player's damage, set it to 3
GMST (fDiffMultHPToPCVH) - this is enemy's damage, set it to 3 as well
GMST (fDiffMultXPVH) - player's xp, set it to 1 for normal levelling, or 0.25 for really hard leveling.

Then set your game to "Very Hard"

This simulates most of what FWE does in the damage areas while still keeping the game mostly vanilla in all other aspects. Headshots are fatal now. If you've ever played Deus Ex, it's "Realistic Mode"

Given that the player is a bit tougher than NPCs, you might even set fDiffMultHPToPCVH a bit higher than that, maybe 3.5 or 4.

This mod conflicts with many others out there, its not recommended. FWE is the best choice

Ahem. What does it conflict with that FWE does not, again?
FWE is the conflict problem maker, Not a file that contains 3 GMST settings.
