Hi all. I am in the field with just a laptop for the summer, and thought that Daggerfall would be fun to return to (plus my lappy can't handle most new games anyway). So I got the Bethesda free download, set it up with DosBox, patched, and it runs fine.

But to my dismay, all the dialogue options are available, and the map is fully populated with locations! Is anyone else here running the free version, and did you have the same issue?

One may say that it's nothing to complain about, but for me it's tons of clutter, and it takes away alot of the fun when every possible location is on your map already.

So, my next question is, does anyone know how to reset this so it plays normally from the start? I sure would like to start the game from scratch and experience it properly.
