I'm 337 hours into a game and have been playing some quest mods (lost spires/kvatch rebuilt). Recently I started getting CTDs on save and corrupt saves right at about the same point, though I am unable to pinpoint the cause after lots of testing. I read some posts which sparked an idea that it may be related to overfilling a container. I have sold my loot to Aurelinwae at the Mystic Emporium ever since I got the original Frostcrag Spire DLC long ago. Since then I updated to Frostcrag Reborn mod. Of course, Aurelinwae keeps everything I ever sold her in inventory, and I noticed the CTDs on save often come after selling off my loot to her. I'd like to test this theory, but I need to know if there is a way using the console to empty her inventory?

I'm no expert in this area at all, so please bear that in mind. I don't know how to directly reset her inventory, but we may be able to do it indirectly. What you might try (after saving first of course) is using the command console to kill her. Then resurrect her using simply the resurrect command without a 1 or anything. That should respawn her with her original stuff as far as I know. I have used kill and resurrect commands before, but not exactly to reset a merchant's inventory.
