Q&A this week!

Post » Fri Jul 01, 2011 1:45 am

Man, you guys are way to optimistic about this Q&A thing. Sorry, but it might answer a couple of questions but it will not give us much in terms of straight-forward answers. Expect nothing and then what we do get will be a pleasant surprise.

And you know this how?

Because when you expect nothing, everything mediocre or higher is good news.

i wouldn't mind a shapeshifting dragonshout only unlocked in a lv50 dungeon.
it doesn't go against the lore. in fact it is rather supported by it, being that dragons have the power to shapeshift and dragon abilities stem from the use of their language.
since the dragonborn can use their language it is certainly possible according to lore that a dragonborn could attain the power of shapeshifting.

Anybody with at least the intelligence of a 4th grader knows this. I was questioning his second sentence.

I hope they break it up into several substantially long sections, and release them over time like they did with the Oblivion fan interview. That would help us info junkies to continue to get our fix every few weeks until we get closer to the release date.

Ideally something similar to the Oblivion Fan Interview which was 132 questions split up into 4 different chunks

Funy. I can answer allmost all of those questions with a "no".

Will this be in? NO
Will that be in? NO
Will Radiant AI be in? NO
Will we haave jobs? NO
Will thier be crowds? NO
.. etc.

"we cant talk about that" = no

So going on that, half of the things that were planned to be in Skyrim, or extra guilds is a NO. Half the things they advertised is a NO, have the features they said is a NO, When asked about Radiant AI, todd said NO.

They've been lying to us.

Keep that in mind when teh Q&A comes out.

"well there be DX11 features in the game?" "NO"

I wonder if we get to find out when this game comes out.

I'll be pissed if I can't ride dragons!

he didn't transform, he summoned akatosh for a brief period of time using the amulet of kings and his blood.
he might have been able to transform into a dragon but he wasn't trained in the ways of the Voice or Dragonshouts.
even if he did, i think just one dragon wouldn't be enough for mehrunes dagon so he did the only thing he could do, summon someone with enough power to kick his ass...Akatosh.

I really hope they've taken the time to sort through the fan questions properly. Just had a quick skim through some of the questions asked, and there are tons of bad ones there. About 80% of them seem either completely pointless or ones that I could answer myself right now (either because the person asking was too lazy to do some research beforehand or because E3 answered them).

Well this is the FAN interview, not the casual, CoD screaming 12 year old catered interview. *Hopefully* they'll chose the meaningful questions to answer.
