FanFiction A Khajit's pride, a Dunmer's downfall Part 1

"But do you have to?" asked Muleni as he grabbed S'Rakka's wrist. "If I don't leave now the guards will come and have me put in prison, do you think I want that?!" the khajit hissed. The bell rang to signal the ship leaving. The sound pierced Muleni's ears but even more so, his heart. He knew S'Raaka wouldn't stay. Khajits have always had a strong sense of pride. S'Raaka pulled his arm out of the grip and stepped onto the boat. No farewell, goodbye, happy wishes. Nothing. Muleni knew this wasn't the time for that. He turned away as the boat left, not letting his feelings take control. When it was gone he started walking back to his house on the waterfront. As he walked through the door he started to realize why he didn't understand. He was a dark elf and wasn't very confident. S'Raaka was proud, and outgoing. Muleni has always wondered how they became such great friends in the first place. He sat down next to the fireplace and in his mind, tracked the events that led up to this predicament.

So how did you like it? Please leave some feedback as in, what you liked, what I can improve on and if you want me to write the rest of the story. Much appreciated, thank you.

To be honest there isn't really enough written to make a proper and accurate critique. However I do like how you left the reader wondering, makes you want to figure out what's going on with the whole situation.

Go ahead and post up the rest of the story and I'll be glad to critique it for you :)
