Is there a time limit or pattern behind what can come up when asking "any news" in dialogue? I find it odd when, upon traveling to Wayrest after getting Morgiah's letter, everyone is talking about the last few random quests I did back in the Daggerfall region. I guess grabbing mummy wrappings for the Mages Guild and delivering a gift on behalf of King Gothryn constitutes as "newsworthy" in the bay.

On a side note, some of those rumors mention how someone took over rule of [insert region here]. Do the other regions change their rulers often or is that just filler set upon starting a new game?
