Okay, I've asked this on several forums but have never gotten any suggestion or solutions.
When I open the Heightmap Editor or Region editor, that screen goes too far down below the monitor screen and neither has scroll bars to bring up the bottom section so I can set the Erosion setting or hit OK.
I've tried changing monitor resolution to no avail. I've even emailed Bethesda but no response as yet. It seems they don't use standard Windows API frames which include scroll bars.
Please help. I love Oblivion and Morrowind and want to make some good mods for both. Any help is appreciated. thanks.
