Hi all,

Currently doing Bloodmoon and I have noticed on a couple of occasions that upon completing a quest where it involves the removal of an inventory item - I get the message saying that the item has been removed and the quest all seems fine, but on checking my inventory I've found the item in question is still there but is not suffixed by a bracketed code that I assume is the quest identifier.
As I say the quest itself appears to complete fine.

Has anyone else come across this? Is there a fix? Is it even a problem - (other than cosmetically)...

any advice greatly appreciated.
