ok so i had to get a new 360 since my old one died, after hooking up my hard drive and putting in new vegas i found that my dcl dead money was corrupt so i went to redownload it and found that xbox wanted me to pay for so my question is there any way for me to get it back without have to spend points? or am i stuck with just buying it again?

i would suggest deleting it from your memory then go to the dashboard-my xbox then click on your gamertag then account management then download history and download it again
